Innotechnic: AI x Banking.
Commissioned by the Central Bank of Iran, I served as the Lead Event Architect & Experience Director for "Innotechnic". This wasn't just a conference; it was the nation's largest event dedicated to Artificial Intelligence in Banking Regulation (RegTech).
My role went beyond logistics; I designed the entire User Journey for attendees, speakers, and VIPs, ensuring the brand identity of "Intelligence" was felt in every interaction, from the stage design to the digital touchpoints.
IFINC Innovation Center.
As a Senior Innovation Specialist, I played a pivotal role in the IFINC Fintech Accelerator. My mission was to nurture the next generation of fintech startups.
Startup Mentorship
Acting as a UX/UI Mentor, helping teams refine their MVPs and align their product experience with market needs.

Designing the Coworking Space.
Innovation requires the right environment. I led the research and design implementation for the IFINC Coworking Space. We analyzed global best practices to create a physical hub that fosters collaboration, creativity, and serendipitous connections between banking experts and agile startup teams.

To keep the Central Bank ahead of the curve, I managed the Metaverse & VR Lab. We conducted deep-dive research and created proof-of-concepts in:
